Refrigeration Supplies Distributors operates scores of facilities across the western US, with the Corona location being store #75. This project involved a tenant improvement to accommodate the new facility, including reconfiguring the entry and showroom and creating a new covered entry, creating part/assembly areas, updating restrooms, and creating new roll-up opening for vehicles to direct access the warehouse.

Site work included updating accessible parking to comply with current code and address accessibility requirements. A new concrete apron was included at the new roll up vehicle door. The entire parking area was refinished and re-striped.

This project was delivered in collaboration with R.D. Pinault Company, who acted as general contractor. I had to opportunity to work on a number of great residential and commercial projects with R.D. Pinault Company while practicing in southern California.
